Returns

We are a small artisan business that offers made-to-order products with many variations to choose from. Please carefully review your cart before checkout. If a color match is important (especially for large orders), we strongly recommend ordering a Color Sample Card. Please note, no moulds are used so no two items will be exact. 

We provide a strict 30-day return/exchange policy. Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of delivery date in unused condition in original packaging and a secure shipping box (no envelopes). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages upon return. Buyer is responsible for return and original shipping costs. 

Returned parcels received past 30 days will be refused. (We do not issue store credit).

All sales are final on customization requests.

Returns due to an undeliverable address will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed with a revised address.
