By purchasing from Stranded Treasures you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation Policy
Production and processing begins shortly after it is placed and it is not a guarantee modifications and cancellations can be made.
Return/Exchange Policy
We provide a strict 30-day return policy. Return must be received within 30 calendar days of delivery date in unused condition in original packaging and a secure shipping box (no envelopes). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages upon return. Buyer is responsible for return and original shipping costs.
Returned parcels received past 30 days will be refused. (We do not issue store credit).
All sales are final on customization requests.
Returns due to an undeliverable address will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed with a revised address.
Lost Parcels
Parcels are deemed as lost by USPS if not received by 21 calendar days (USA) from the ship date. After this time frame an order will be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 3 business days. Delivery date estimations are not guaranteed.
We may add a Signature Confirmation at our own discretion to larger dollar amount orders at no extra cost.
Please ensure your delivery address is a secure location for packages. Stolen packages scanned Delivered are not covered by Stranded Treasures.
Products
We cannot guarantee colors. Product colors on computer monitors may vary and appear slightly different in person. We offer a Color Sample Card for purchase.
Flower sizes are approximate. Molds are not used and therefore size may vary slightly.
Wholesale/Bulk
Stranded Treasures is a direct-to-consumer only shop. Wholesale/bulk discounts are not available. Larger size orders may experience longer than normal processing times.
Copyright & Trademark
All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Stranded Treasures or otherwise used by Stranded Treasures as permitted by law.
User License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Stranded Treasures web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Due to varying computer monitors, product colors may not be an exact match. To ensure a color match, please mail a color swatch. Each item is unique, therefore no two flowers will be exactly alike.
Stranded Treasures products are not marketed or intended for children under 13.
Stranded Treasures makes no claims that products are hypoallergenic.
Limitations
In no event shall Stranded Treasures be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Stranded Treasures Internet site, even if Stranded Treasures has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
